Robin is freaking absolutely a once in an eternity vocalist. The three together was predestined and nothing less than a miracle. No other songwriters come close. Amazing. I love The Bee Gees. Absolutely.
The ease with which they harmonize will never cease to amaze me. I mean, Robin is just sitting there with his hands in his pockets singing like angel. There will never be another musical group like the Bee Gees.
@dawn oliver absolutely agree ! Robin was a real talent and sadly lost to soon. Maurice also had a wonderfull voice, very full and rich ! Love the Bee Gees !
Can't get over how flawless their execution is when they were at their best - no gimmicks, just raw talent. And it sounds like their record is playing. Robin's vocal are just ridiculous. Always on point.
Pure raw talent. Just think of all the killer songs they wrote over the years this way...sitting around together singing with a guitar or two. I am glad I was around for some of their biggest years, though I wish it could have been longer and from the beginning. RIP Maurice, Robin, and Andy, too. I hope Barry will keep on.
Redboy4, I can tell you that Barry Gibb is going strong! I seen him in May in Chicago and he looked & sounded awesome! The BeeGees and Andy's music was huge long before I was born but I grew up hearing their music in my home. I never grew out of wanting to hear them. I was in love with Andy and had a crush on Barry...they were much much older than I but oh well, I still have a crush on Barry!LoL! Barry's performance was awesome and I could not believe I was in the same room with him! He was hitting all of those high notes like it was nothing. He had some family performing with him and it was really cool! He did a veeery touching tribute to his bros. This man is truly a legend...him and his bros! I love them all!
The ability to sing with someone else, harmonize, and make their voice sound even better, is the greatest gift from God. To have three voices doing it - even better. RIP Maurice and Robin.
I never liked the BeeGees when I was young. but my late father, who was a pro musician, music teacher, and composer, said that after Paul McCartney, they were about the best songwriters, EVER and also had superb harmonic ability, I started to listen, and what I heard was so good that I've been a fan of the Gibb brothers ever since, and have been saddened by the deaths of three of them - but their music and compositions will never die.
The BeeGees , were one of Most talented Bands, in the World. Not only did they write Music for themselves, they also wrote music for several other top Artists. 🤔
As incredibly gifted & talented as they were, I can't help but point out Maurice's extraordinary capacity. Where he would normally be singing the highest harmony on the chorus on this songs (on the live performances), here he's singing the lowest. Also, he's the one who you either see on acoustic guitar, electric rhythm, keyboards or the bass. Truly, a multi - instrumentalist aside from his amazing vocal harmony range. Rest in Peace Maurice, Robjn & Andy.
Agree that Maurice could fit his harmonies wherever they were needed. All three had incredible range and having grown up together could harmonise brilliantly. It was their life’s work and they did it Soo well. I am so grateful for utube videos and Barry’s continued work. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I think he sings the same notes an octave down, so he gets the bottom note of the triad instead of the top. As you age it gets harder to hit those high notes, and perhaps also bringing it down a notch fits the acoustic setting better.
God, they can harmonize so perfectly! Their base voice tones are exactly alike. That’s why they sound like one person singing three parts. They each have their uniqueness as well. Robin has that unique vibrato and a way of almost garbling the words. It makes him so interesting as well. Maurice had the ability to add a falsetto third part harmony no matter the pace of the song. I don’t even have to say anything about Barry. I bow down!
This is a excellent example of musical 'tightness'. Even though most people probably know the Bee Gees for their 'Saturday Night Fever ' , disco type songs, every song of theirs is created in the same way as this video. As a musician myself, what amazes me is the ease in which they slip into their particular harmonies. Love em or hate em you can't argue that they are seriously good at what they do. 5 or more decades and God knows how many albums sales says it all. Best of all they're from Manchester !!
Dont forget andy he might not been a bee gee but he was a gibb. Those four brothers were special.thier. songs will never get old. You cant find. Talent like that today..n.jj.
Perfect harmony, talent beyond amazing! Miss you Andy, Maurice and now Robin! Love you Barry! Keep singing. God Bless. May he give you strength and good health.
...so God sees how sad and desperate we often are,and because he is merciful and wishes to console us, sends us three brothers who, for at least for a moment, lift us up beyond our daily struggles with their beautiful songs and harmonies.
I was born in 61 and this was the Bee Gees I grew up to. I was actually mad at them for the Disco phase. In the late 70's to late 80's I was a drummer. I was a Disco sucked person back in the day..lol Now looking back it was amazing music but it would be like the Beatles going to Disco? Rod Stewart was probably the only artist I liked that had a disco phase.. But this amazing talent right here is 1,000,000xs better than the crap "produced" today. Today's "artists have to have a Las Vegas production behind them as well as auto tune, lip syncing..smh. Back then you had to have talent and ability and this kiddies proves it.... Period!
The Bee Gee's seemed to always be more impressive when stripped back to basics. Robins voice is incredible
Robin is freaking absolutely a once in an eternity vocalist. The three together was predestined and nothing less than a miracle. No other songwriters come close. Amazing. I love The Bee Gees. Absolutely.
Pure vocalization!
Pure raw talent!
No auto tune!
No special effects!
What a great band!
Blending voices on pitch
The ease with which they harmonize will never cease to amaze me. I mean, Robin is just sitting there with his hands in his pockets singing like angel. There will never be another musical group like the Bee Gees.
🤗
Yes they don’t try.....like all brothers are automatically in tune to harmonize
I totally agree. Love the boys.
Good thing about being brothers its bread into you
@@billybob042665 . I STRONGELY AGREE ............ !!!!!!!!!
unplugged, nothing but their voices and 2 accoustic guitars! Take note you wannabee performers of today THIS IS CALLED TALENT!
You are SO correct.
Agreed, pure talent ! It's amazing the sounds that can be produced from human voices and acoustic guitars. Absolute magic.
The bee gees are the kings of music they wrote all 3 brothers more than 1,000.00 songs
Robin Gibbs wrote more than 144.00 songs by himself
Robin Gibbs was inducted in the songwriters Hall of Fame in 1994
No lip sync here - just a great lead vocal with the usual superb harmonies. Consummate professionals!
Robin, angel voice. Fantastic brothers. Forever. 💖❤️💓
History will look kindly on these Guys.
Rightly so
What happened? why you say that
We can tell that not just by their music but by how many recording artists of all sorts have covered their songs
History already has looked kindly on them ...to those of us who love them and their music. So, Clint, you wrote that so right..
Robin s voice takes my breath away. It is so superb and its almost other worldly.
Dawn Oliver gree bay. Aeese
@dawn oliver absolutely agree ! Robin was a real talent and sadly lost to soon. Maurice also had a wonderfull voice, very full and rich ! Love the Bee Gees !
Awww Robins voice
I agree Dawn. Love Robins voice
Ĺĺl
Sadly talent like this comes along far too rarely. Thanks for the music
Robin and Maurice may have left us but their music will stand the test of time.
So so beautiful.
Robin 's voice is incredible.
No fancy electronic stuff.

Robin had such an incredible voice. They all did, but Robin was really something.
Pure joy.
Robin always sounded great. RIP Robin and Maurice.
Both of them did
💗😔🙏
Robin had one of the best voices of my lifetime.
The Bee Gees' music will continue until the last day of this planet.
Maurice’s bass tones were essential for the Bee Gees’ regal signature sound.
Pure talent. No auto tune. No gimmicks.
Really can’t deal with Robin here, that high harmony he goes with is beyond!
Los tengo en mi repertorio, 😍☺🌞🌜🌟⭐❤️
Never get tired of these guys.
Can't get over how flawless their execution is when they were at their best - no gimmicks, just raw talent. And it sounds like their record is playing. Robin's vocal are just ridiculous. Always on point.
Their best song. A good version of it.
Oh my WORD-how fucking talented were they all? But Robin?... WOW!
god i miss you guys the sound you greated and the love u made for all to hear i miss u so much i cant think of goining own whith out you in my life
Pure raw talent. Just think of all the killer songs they wrote over the years this way...sitting around together singing with a guitar or two. That is good to hear, you are lucky to have seen him live and in person. Maybe I will get that chance soon, hope so!
And he kept on
Robyn had a voice that was unequalled. Haunting.
You can here their voices so distincly😍
Robin, gorgeous voice ❤️❤️🙏
I love Robin's voice...
Robin voice is so heavenly on this song! They sound great live!
no
autotune

No one could sing this song better
The ability to sing with someone else, harmonize, and make their voice sound even better, is the greatest gift from God. To have three voices doing it - even better. RIP Maurice and Robin.
Incredible and immaculate.

Simply AMAZING!!!! Each voice is unique & enhances the other! Bravo!!!!!
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Absolute geniuses, Barry, Maurice, and Robin, especially Robin’s voice. Their songwriting has no comparisons.
#BarryGibb
#RIPMaurice
#RIPBarry
The Bee Gees vocals are off the charts they are that brilliant at what they do and do it so well .
The BeeGees , were one of Most talented Bands, in the World. Not only did they write Music for themselves, they also wrote music for several other top Artists. 🤔
Still beautiful...
Real talent right here
I loved Maurice's high voice here!
+Emily Ortiz it was Robin's voice, not Maurice's.
MO's voice so beautiful. I loved and always miss him. From THAILAND
Maurice's voice was the deep one and it is pretty good in this song.
Alan Rodrigues Nope
Actually guys, I believe Barry sang the high parts

Yes I also noticed that about his high and low voice to.

@@glenysbarratt7998Beside all his other talents I think he's also the funniest. watch him in the backround sometimes. He just cracks me up.

PRICELESS.
MISS YOU ROB & MO...
They are the greatest. I love them
Robin had the voice of an Angel

Pure Talent!
Is anyone else sobbing?
How I love these boys.

Sad that most of them are now gone. They leave behind a huge legacy with their awe inspiring music.
Wow. That's talent.

These guys will be remembered and loved forever 👍🎵🎶🎙🎤🎼🎸
The best group of this century
Brilliant voices

For those born before 1956 and earlier this song brings back the past like no other song
They were the best trio hands down.
I love all the three Robin, Maurice and Barry!
These voices touched millions, including mine!
These guys are about as good as it gets.
I dare any of today's "artists " to try doing this...Amazing and so pure..
One of my favorites!
I just cried...this is real music.
Incomparable BeeGees
this level of talent is missing today.
I loved this song as a child . Such a strong, tragic narrative. I could see the condemned man walking.
This song sounds so much better at only 100 seconds than anything I hear these days.
Amazing group, Robin was special ❤️
I think it's impossible to notice how much they gave to music!
Insane talent! I cried watching this because I panned them when I was growing up and never gave them their dues. How great are they? How stupid was I?
Great talent..great song..
I think I’ve listened to the Bee Gees most of my life. Even today. Miss Mo and Robin. Such talented guys. And nice people. 💜☮️
These three singers had talent and more. Charisma, beauty, friendliness, competence. The Bee Gees are unsurpassed in all!
Dont forget andy he might not been a bee gee but he was a gibb. Those four brothers were special.thier. songs will never get old. You cant find. Talent like that today..n.jj.
Love these guys and their music. Will be a fan forever. Miss Maurice and Robin. 💗
What harmony these guys had. RIP Robin.
Perfect harmony, talent beyond amazing! Miss you Andy, Maurice and now Robin! Love you Barry! Keep singing. God Bless. May he give you strength and good health.
No doubt about it. Robin had the memorable vocals. They were all excellent, but he was my favourite.
Love this!
Fantastic trio 🥰👍❤️❤️❤️
Talent. Pure and simple. And Robin is just the personification of cool.
I've always believed that Robin had the best voice ,he was absolutely brilliant 😍❤❤
He was truly blessed with his voice. And that smile ☺️
...so God sees how sad and desperate we often are,and because he is merciful and wishes to console us, sends us three brothers who, for at least for a moment, lift us up beyond our daily struggles with their beautiful songs and harmonies.
Amazing- I can't think of an act today that can sound that good, just him/ her and a guitar. That was PERFECT.
Perfect Harmony of all Three Brothers!

What a warm harmony Maurice has here!
Dear god, this is beautiful
This is absolutely incredible!
Amazing artists!
the cystal vibrato of Robin!❤❤❤❤
individually, i like each voice. _together_ ... *GOOSEBUMPS*
Individual voices - great harmony; that was also the gold of Beatles...:
@@onlinelondon , agreed..... but family voices 'matchup' best. which is why the Everly Brothers sit at the very top of the list.
Under 2 minutes and perfect.
