Hugh Clawson & David Fisher 2-7-1972

On 2 July 1972 IRA terrorists murdered Hugh Clawson of Shannon Street and David Fisher of Nore Street. 2 Protestant civilians found by children shot dead on a Sunday morning, on waste ground near Cliftonville Cricket Club. Joint funerals proceeded along Old Park Rd, North Belfast, Northern Ireland. They had been walking home from social clubs after midnight.
