There is no such species of bird called a seagull, they are a bird that lives everywhere inland to the coast and are the bird species are commonly known as Gulls, just like blackbirds , sparrows, finches, starlings etc, why do some people feel the need to add sea in front of Gull? And it seems to be the only species of bird people do that.

First of ! IF YOU CAN FLY A DRONE OVER A POLICE STATION,LBF AND ANY COURTHOUSE THEN ITS THE SAME FOR ANY HOSPITAL IN THE UK ?.
SECOND THE ONLY PLACES THAT YOU MAY GET A RESTITUTION IS IF THE NHS BUILD HAS A HELICOPTER PAD OR THEIRS A EMERGENCY HELICOPTER INBOUND ?.
The NHS is Technically a Civilian Service and NOT MILITARY so it’s Not under The National Secrets Act Like The Metropolitan Police Service and The other 3 Wings of The Military ! As in The Army Navy and Airforce IE The RAF ?.

But because of The National Secrets Act I can’t talk about what I heard over my time in the Met ! That little thing of a Criminal Record and A 6 Month to 3 years Holiday in HMPS is another Part too ?.
Especially at Lambeth Police Unit ! Lambeth isn’t a Police Station so I won’t say anymore about it on that Unit ?.

Again it's the old question of risk assessment. If something is very low risk, it's OK to go ahead. Flying a small drone is very low risk, so all ok 👍

Here if you app said ok to fly, and it looked like a business, and signs said "nhs admin", and an employee next door said "it's just admin" then even charged you may not be prosecuted as CPS or court would realised you defence was sound.
Take that ultimate, absolute offence of speeding. I have a client caught by a 30mph camera near your filming, near Basildon Hospital (A176). An absolute offence, good evidence exists she was doing 37mph. In Coombes v DPP [2007] an overgrown hedge obscuring the sign was a winning defence. Not the required signs, impossible to prosecute, albeit Case by Case basis.
