I relate with you kimani.have never gone to hospital bt I Know i have this disorder coz sometimes have these symptoms that are so crazy mpaka naona niko na wazimu. This disorder can mislead you so much coz of crazy idea, thoughts that one usually experience. Like uncontrollable and distractive ideas and thoughts flow in your head and you wish that you could plug out your head and throw it away. Its crazy....
I know,I know medical field got their way doing things, but googling bible verses contrary to those ideas,and I keep declaring them, sometimes the thoughts are so powerful,you feel like jumping,and shouting,ama kukata kichwa ung'oe, but I still keep declaring those bible verses, it helps a lot, God gives me peace that I can't get in things or people,, na mimi hata nikienda kwa Barabara,huwa na bible verse Moja inacheza kwa kichwa,nikiwa kwa gari,I sleep and that's what I meditate on, before I sleep najipatia 5-10 minutes, just declaring it,na nikiamka, it's working,,najipata na amani na calmness ingine si ya kawaida
