As other have said, Hazuki is still in Nemophila, it's the other guitarist Saki who left and is now performing as a solo artist. Also she's been playing with Li-sa-X since 2017, so her musical involvement actually pre-dates Nemophila.
The Polyphia influence is conscious, both guitarists are on record as being fans, the origins of Koiai with Kotono on vocals started in part from a cover video of ABC they did back in Sept 2022. Plus Li-sa-X has toured as Polyphia's opening act for their Japanese shows multiple times, first when she was 12-13 and most recently earlier this year. Tim & Scott also guested on a song from her first solo record, 'Cha-La Head-Cha-La' released back in 2017.
This song is from their upcoming third EP, the first to feature Kanade on drums and also Wakazaemon as session bassist throughout. If it's like their first two EPs it'll most likely be five tracks.

Hazuki is still active with Nemophila.
Drummer Kanade Sato is also with another band, an instrumental fusion jazz band called, Muses.
The bassist playing here is Wakazaemon of East of Eden. She was the lefty bassist in their live video A New Picture.

Hazuki is still in Nemophila, it is SAKI who was "previously in Nemophila". KOIAI doesn't have a permanent bassist yet but they've been working and recording with the bassist from East of Eden who also performs live with them. She is mentioned in the description of the video. They don't have a keyboardist, all keyboard parts are probably recorded by lisa
Li-sa-x was a child prodigy kind of guitarist, there are videos of her with millions of views playing very complex covers when she was still 8 or 9 yo, after that she learned from Paul Gilbert himself and she also performed live with Kiko Loureiro, Polyphia among others and had her own solo concerts, all that before she even started highschool lol

Is this the new Steely Dan? It's got that 1973 - 1976 vibe to it. Great song! Thanks!

Hazuki is still with Nemophila. You need to get up to date with this. Many Japanese musicians are members of several bands at a time.
The drummer Kanade Sato is also with a Jazz Jusion band the Muses. She is a child prodigy. She is one of the best in the world. You need to get with it man.
Also, Wakazaemon is on the bass. She is a guest here. She is a member of East of Eden.

Hazuki is definitely NOT previously with Nemophila! Currently with Nemophila AND Koiai! 🤘🎸🙂 Bass player here is Wakazaemon from East Of Eden and the live Marty Freidman band (ex-Megadeth) as a ‘guest’. She also the bassist on the live track you watched.

This is a legitimate supergroup, despite their youth. Here is more info for you:
Lisa-X has been posting music on youtube since she was seven, did credible covers of Dream Theater and Polyphia at 10, and has had her own band since she was 13. The core members of Lisa-X band were Lisa-X, Rina on vocals and Hazuki, formerly of Disqualia and now the lead guitarist for Nemophila, on co-lead guitar.
Here she is doing a playthrough with Hazuki on “Just Be My Treasure”:

“One More Chance Is Enough” with Billy Sheehan (!) on bass (Sheehan is on the consensus short list of candidates for best rock bassist in the world).
    czcams.com/video/PzsqmnEa89c/video.html
Rina left the band in 2022 and they took a hiatus to rebuild. They re-emerged as Koiai, and can legitimately claim to be a supergroup. Kotono joined them after stints with various groups including Ironbunny and a previous collaboration with Lisa-X. The big catch was Kanade Sato on drums. Sato is also a member of Muses and is in big demand as a session drummer. She is often compared with the already legendary Senri Kawaguchi. Wakazaemon has been appearing as a guest on bass. She frequently tours with Marty Friedman and is also a member of East of Eden.
Here are two more links worth checking out. The first one is Lisa’s 2017 appearance at the annual female rock festival organized by Show-Ya-she is up there with some of the best guitarists in the world and they clearly love sharing the stage with her. The second one is her collaboration with the even younger drum phenom, Yoyoka Soma, who is herself a force of nature.

"Koi-Ai." Koi (恋) means love. Ai (愛) means love. Koiai (恋愛) means love, or love affair.
KOIAI released two EPs in 2023. HAZUKI and LiSA-X played together in a slightly different configuration as the LiSA-X Band. They have a few nice videos as well.
LiSA was a child guitar prodigy. See her channel.

Yes. Koi & Ai mean love either.
But Japanese has so many homophones, "Koi" also means "deep" and "come(imperative)", and "Ai" means "indigo(color)" and "see(meet)".
So, their album title "Deep Love", "Deep Indigo" and song called "Come see me" are all "KOIAI"😊

@@johndoe-wt6sy You are right, Koi is deep and 濃、and Ai is indigo and 藍, 濃藍 is origin of KOIAI

@@dreadnaughthd35 Thank you for your comment.
Strictly speaking, the more natural way to translate "Come see me" in Japanese would be "Ai ni Koi."😄

Adult Contemporary Pop-Metal. My description of them. Just an incredible mix of musicians. Check out the previous version of the band, Li-sa-X Band, if you haven't before. "One More Chance is Enough" is a good place to start. While Kotono has a good voice, Rina, their previous vocalist, is incredible.

    Great reaction.👍
For me everything in this song reminds me of TOTO, the keyboards, the drums (Kanade Sato is a fan of Porcaro) and those guitars have a slight Lukather touch.👍
This is Kanade Sato, 17, covering for Dave Weckl: czcams.com/video/5jDVZPzfS1c/video.htmlsi=yWW48PgowQt-pQ4X
