Something tells me you missed the point. The criticism wasn't for Germany having colonies, if you look at the other ingredients (Poland, Austria, Czechoslovakia) they were all annexed by Germany during the war. Before the start of WW2 Britain was already starting to make plans to divest itself of colonies. Australia, Canada, South Africa, New Zealand and Newfoundland were already self governing and other countries were well on the way to independence. In fact WW2 slowed down the U.K's pace of decolonisation at just the point when Germany was trying to build theirs up. After the war, with few exceptions, colonies were more or less granted independence as and when they requested it.

Vienna academy of arts actually recommended Hitler to become an architect but he didn't want to become one. And him becoming rejected from art school isn't the reason why he became like that. It was the treatment Germany got after ww1 which caused their economy go down and inflation due to them printing more money. His anger and nationalism took over him and he thought that he would be Germany's savior.
P.S. : I agree with your last statement though

And that's what I most say
Hitler is artist and they feel others
And It is true only reason people cause war because they end up disrespecting others.
Which is cause of all this war.
A person may even love those who are their enemy but only if there is respect.
Show of power is good when you fight but once you win showing respect would wash away bad feelings which most of people does not get.

Britain controlled a third of the world, making it the largest empire in history. The amount of trade and money garnered by Britain's colonies exceeding anything seen before in history. Britain was unequivocally the ruler of the world from the 1870's to the 1940's.
Germany owned 3/5's of Germany due to the Versailles treaty. In the 1920's Germany's economy was so bad, hyperinflation through the roof. Weimar Germany degeneracy.

I'm actually quite suprised to see a wartime British cartoon. Because while I'm fully aware that cartoons were used for war propaganda in the USA, USSR and even in Axis occupied France and Netherlands I have never before heard that the Brits made these kind of cartoons too. I have however known before I discovered this line of short cartoons that there were and still is a animation industry in the UK, but not that it existed before the fifties.
