He actually means those times that he used to get millions, he used half to import kilos of drugs, which is big like an elephant.
The second verse
He said times change, they had a lot and they claimed they were on top but now their knees are weak literally( they don’t have much like they used to)
And they rushing to pick heavy metals literally( they are trying very hard to get back to their feet cos when they had much they spent it on drugs and other unnecessary stuff)
No body will tell you your time is up (even though you will try get back to your feet but your time is up cos you wouldn’t get that millions you had before again)
You will realize you have to go to Church and call God for help( which means if you continue to try to get back to your feet and things do not work, you will call your God for help)
This song is about how people misuse their money on unnecessary stuff when they become rich however they forget that times change.
