At 52 I’ve finally learned the good enough lesson. I recent spoke to my adult children and said they’re not getting perfect mommy anymore and one replied we never asked for perfect mommy….definitely a gut check to be reminded we place these expectations on ourselves! So freeing to realize you can make different choices for your life at any stage and the people who love you will accept the new and improved version. Enjoy every moment of the season!
