Very nice drone footage; great job.
I would be very nervous doing such river crossings. I have no offroad experience at all. A gravel road is all I did. Ok, I did some terrible gravel roads, that turned into sand roads, in Belgium on my sport touring motorcycle because a local speed cycling tour blocked the road I wanted to take. I managed to do them by just riding slow and carefully.

The French motorcycle rider Lolo Cochet did those water crossings with his BMW GS "Betty". But I believe a 4x4 is a better choice.
