such a fun controller, my first setup since playing technic 1200s in the 90s, and way more fun
its crazy to think that over the years iv spent so much time and money to put together a set up to achieve only half of what this can do. Im seriously thinking about selling most of my gear and picking up one of these.
I had a RANE four and due to compatability issues with Windows 11 22H2 in 2023, I sent it back a got a Ddj FLX-10. Pioneer FLX-10 is a very good controller. Then I got a RANE performer, and I attached one RANE Mkll turntable with it. OMG it on another level. I recommend update the driver, if using Serato, you need 3.1.5 and make sure you have the latest BIOS update on your computer. Also, have at least 16MBs of RAM. I have 64 Mbs DDR5 6000mhz with Ryzen 9 7950XCD to drive this monster.

When scratching while a song is playing, does the whole jog wheel including the bumpy medal sides move together back and forth? or is it only the detachable plastic part on top that moves back and forth while the jog wheel continues to spin one way? Sorry im not familiar with how motorizes platters work.
Got my performer a few days ago and I’m loving every second of it! I do have a weird question though, I’m not able to play any of the internal effects from the performer, I try to assign it to a channel and I’ve tried to mess with the dials and I get nothing. I’ve swapped it to my effects in Serato and I have no issues, am I doing something wrong? Would love some advice!
Good morning. When applying the sticker on the platter, is the goal to line the sticker up with one of the
'notches' seen in the picture l've provided and, if so, which one? The notch at 12 o'clock or the notch at 2 o'clock? Or does it simply not matter where I place it? Thanks in advance!!
Awesome, what's the trick when using stem split and we manipulate the main layer (acapella)(let's say it becomes out if sync with the instrumental) how do you get out of it and resync or eject the second deck? (Regain master soundon deck 1 or 2)??
If you are scratching the acapella, just select the instrumental deck and then hit the STEM-SPLIT button again to line everything back up with the instrumental.

Will the added effects be made available for the Rane Four?
The Choppa and Mute FX were added to the FOUR, but the Fader FX are only available on the PERFORMER and the A-TRAK SEVENTY
Anyone have any ideas why the songs only load on the controller and not the laptop. Serato doesnt scroll with the button on the controller. I just got it and so confused
Make sure you have the correct computer input selected on the PERFORMER (A or B)

FX BPM copy is not working form me. Any ideas?
Make sure you select the BPM value with the joystick first, then hold shift and tap the joystick to the other side to copy over the BPM
Yo Rane make this compatible with Rekordbox already because i want this but don't want to switch softwares again.
Love everything with one exception....why not make the effect names a display like pads so when you change them the name matches. Big miss here I believe.

I must be an idiot but 3 out of the 4 channels on my Performer work as expected. However, if I have a song loaded in deck 1, absolutely nothing effects the audio (aside from pause / play / I am able to manipulate it with the platter). The channel is set to the Left side (Not Thru) and the volume faders for channel 1 do nothing and same with the crossfader. If that song is playing you are hearing it. The Paddle FX don't work with this channel however the Channel FX do.
U probably need to map something or maybe dig into the controller setup
Make sure that you don''t have a FADER FX loaded to an FX button and enabled
why sync off need shift + sync button ??
also how we see master deck? how we change master deck
and Keylock must be without shift button cos, dj need to change it with one push, one finger

Been waiting for this i knew rane was gonna drip this years ago the only thing i dont like about any of these controllers is that they don't stop like a technics 1200 which always stopped me from buy any other turntables but i do love controllers just dont like there brake if any one can relate i like that smooth slow brake not that sharp digital brake
You can set the brake to be sharp or slow, dial it in.

How about a 2 channel one something like the Rane performer with everything but without the 2 extra channels. Also, battle style please.

We made some adjustments to the audio levels based on viewer feedback, we're always listening!
My RaneOne has totally broke down with software issues and Rane is offering NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and help at all. Left with an expensive piece of garbage. NEVER BUYING RANE AGAIN.
If you haven't already done so, put in a ticket at rane.com/support if you believe it's a hardware issue. If you think it's a software issue, please contact Serato or whatever software you are using.
