I seriously think we need a Kimberly Whisk cookbook! Everything you make looks delicious. ❤❤
Since Kimberly Whisk is mostly testing multiple recipe sources, what I want is a Kimberly Whisk guide to substitutions and working with what you have, including a must-have pantry list that includes long-shelf-life and time saving products.
A bonus would be a sprinkling iof the KW philosophy of life, pleasing kids with healthy, better for you and occasional sweet treats. Last minute guest hustles. And a lunch box section. Must have Halloween section. Maybe a young cooks section. I have not seen any cook books like this on the shelf, but it's what makes KW unique.
And I want to buy it at Costco.

Stuffed shells was the first meal I made for my family as well! Granted, this was when I was in 6th grade before the internets, so my mom helped me every step of the way, but I was still so proud of myself!
That sweet little baby boy, standing next to you as you were making the skewers, melted my Mama heart! He's gotten so big. Everything looks so amazing. And right up my alley on the easy prep and ingredients. P.S FOOD NETWORK NEEDS TO SIGN YOU NOW. JMO
I would HIGHLY suggest someone like Kim, NOT ever sign up with a TV cooking show. They end up controlling what you do, and how you act, and her time with her children, which she values greatly, would be taken away! She's able to be herself, do her own thing, make a variety of content, and still work around her family's schedule, yet still make a very comfortable income. It's never as great as you think it would be, working for a network cooking show.
If anything, I would recommend she hire a niece or nephew, to edit her videos, to give her more time with her family, and to film more content, while blessing a relative with income.

I love making my Alfredo with just butter, garlic, cream and shredded or shaved Parmesan. So easy and without the flour! I also add in a little pasta water .

Something my family does is buy the frozen plain cheese pizzas from Costco and we’ll top them with left overs. We started doing this with pork left over from our Cuban sandwiches… I’m not brave enough to put pickles on my pizza, but I’ll add pickled pepperoncinis 😅. It’s absolutely delicious, and works with other leftovers as well.

If your countertops are granite, I have heard it will make your fruit ripen/rot. So if the fruit is just a little under ripe set it on the counter and it will be ready by the next day.
Hey Kim you can always put the rest of the curry paste in a Ziploc bag and freeze it until you need it again or make another batch of just the curry sauce and freeze that

Ohhhh I’m salivating! My college aged daughter always loves when I make chicken Alfredo- it’s one of her favorites so I’m definitely going to have to make the Alfredo stuffed shells 🥳

So one option is to grill your chicken with this marinade on your grill on the days you grill other regular chicken for dinner! Just throw this extra chicken with it and save it for a day you want to make butter chicken! So then you make the sauce and then throw the grilled chicken! As usual awesome video!
For something that calls for beef broth and onions, use a couple packets of Lipton Onion soup. It adds amazing flavor to Mississippi Pot Roast and it's cheap.
Hey use liptons beefy onion soup mix and it is awesome even with pork or steak or anything and you are gonna love it!!!!! I use it on almost everything I cook with!!! You will love ❤️ it!!!!! Try it!!!!!
Garam Masala is amazing! I do a stir fry chicken cubes with broccoli, red bell pepper, bok choy and scallions, sprinkle with this spice and use coconut oil while heating pan. In separate dish combine a peanut satay sauce by that common Indian brand that makes lots of sauces and combine with coconut milk with garam masala spice and heat to melt together. Cook rice noodles or rice on side and put chicken and veggies over top and add sauce.. so delicious!!!

I have a one pot (instant pot) butter chicken recipe and it’s the best and delicious!
Try the yellow curry sauce from Trader Joe’s!!!! Add whatever type of milk you like!! So gooood! ❤

Yay! Love your cooking vids. I do a similar version of the chicken curry in the slow cooker - it's a great that way to cook it. (And no need to brown the chicken prior. I've tried both ways and browning makes no difference.)

I‘m always stunned about the variety of meals you serve your kids. My oldest boy is 5 and he is a picky eater. In Austria, Europe summer holidays last 9 weeks and I have to rotate through 9 approved meals he is willing to eat. It‘s frustrating! The only vegetables he eats are corn, broccoli and potatos (fries or mashed). Also, he is very specific with his food preferences: no sauce on pasta, no cheese on pizza (only marinara and corn).
It‘s a vicious cycle of him refusing any new food and me never presenting new food bc of all the food waste 😓

Target makes a delicious jarred butter chicken sauce. Literally just throw the chicken and sauce in the crockpot and it’s amazing.
My go to for tacos is a roast with salsa poured over a chuck roast. I think a chuck roast is much more easy to shred not so tuff.
You can contact Cutco and send your knives to get sharpened. They may even have someone that can come out and do it in your home. I’m sure it’s for the life of the knives.
The alfredo stuffed shells is my daughter's favorite.

A is for artichokes in butter sauce, African sweet potatoes (a bit of license taken there), apple fritters and grilled andouille sausage. And apricot tart. You see the deal here. It has been fun.

There are lots of good ready-made jars of Butter Chicken sauce on the market. But I appreciate your comment of liking another kind of curry better. Thanks for the cooking video. I usually use the eye round for roast beef. You know it’s like how you get it in the deli. For a shredded beef I use chuck roast. That would be a little juicier for the enchiladas. 😊

I just cannot get used to enchiladas made with flour tortillas. Of course to each their own! But here in South Texas, enchiladas are made with corn tortillas. The manicotti looks so good
