- Born and raised in Harlem, New York, Hunter Ferguson, is known for his kindness. But it wasn’t until encountering the SGI Buddhist community and beginning to chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo that he truly found the courage to impact his family and community.
Not only did chanting help Hunter become a person who could be trusted but it gave him the courage to make his dreams happen. By supporting others, Hunter gained the confidence to believe in himself.
