    Hi enjoyed the repair, but my problem is the shaft inside. How does that shaft connect to the moveable part of the upright lower pipe? Any help?

      Hi there, and thank you! I did fully disassemble one of my stilts once, but unfortunately I don't remember how they're configured inside. I'll take a look at them when I get home today. Maybe it will jog my memory.

      What size is the new pin?

      New pin is 1” long by 5/16” diameter

      I'm up at 5am thinking about this--I got the bright idea to use my high torque impact on mine to save my regular drill. Bad idea. O'Reilly has roll pins for these it looks like.
