Hey everyone welcome back to another video! Today I am super excited we are taking a look at this AWESOME Super C From Thor! This is the 2023 Omni XG32 which is Thors smallest super C to date! What I love about this Motorhome is the size, price and the fact that it sits on the F550 Chassis AND it has 4x4! If your in the Market for a small super C then you will love this RV!
At that price point it definitely needs a KING size bed!! Especially with that tiny radius shower!!
Yeah, i dont know why they dont just have ONE regular size sink instead of two! It takes up so much counter space with two. Maybe a larger maximum weight over the cab bunk. 600lbs, instead of 500. Still good, tho. I like everything else about it! I dont mind the size of the bed. Looks like a full size. Anything larger and you wouldnt be able to lay on it while the slide is in. I like how you can still sleep on the bed while the slide is in. Very impressed with this motorhome! I will have to keep this one in mind when it comes time to purchase mine!!Thanks, Matt and Andrea!!
I have a 2021 Thor Magnitude, which is a sister product to the Omni. The Magnitude drives like a dream and I haven't had the need to upgrade the suspension. The interior is large enough for 2 people to be comfortable. However, potential buyers should be concerned about structural issues that are not covered under Thor's structural warranty (go figure). There are numerous reports of front cab separation due to the long overhead bunk which is not adequately secured at the factory. One cannot use the high flow diesel dispensers at the truck stops as there are too many angles in the fuel hose to allow it to fill properly. Also, the Schwintek slide out was never designed to handle the load required for this RV. Many RV owners are paying out of pocket to have an aftermarket slide out system installed. My RV underwent 3 recalls in the first year of ownership.
Thatâs very good info. Thank you for sharing. Iâm trying to avoid Thor products in general. They have gotten too big for their britches and build quality + customer service is lacking. Sad to see that they now own Jayco, Entegra and Tiffin đ€ŠđŒââïž

Sorry, but I haven't watched NASCAR since "Let's Go Brandon"..... that was the height of entertainment and cannot be topped in my opinion. Just the look on her face when she was trying to cover up the crowd, that was absolutely hilarious!! đ
It's above my budget but I like almost everything about this RV. That cab area is a dream come true (except for trying to get into the seat from the back). I like that you are able to use the bed with the slide in!! I agree with the ample storage and the decor. I'm not sure about the exact size of the shower but it looks pretty small. Great review.

As a long time Motorhome owner Iâve always wanted a super C. The MSRP on this may sound great, but you really arenât getting much except the F550 chassis. Iâve driven F550 trucks for work and absolutely love them. But even if you get 33% off MSRP, the bathroom is too small, interior room isnât so great, and getting from the cab to the main living areaâŠ. You just about need to crawl.
For $200K + I think there are better options.

If you want smaller in this class. The renegade Veracruz 30 VRM is 30.5 length. The Dynamax 28SS is 31.2. Back to the XG32 which is 33.5
This is the first time I've been drawn to the over cab bunk, that's nice and airy. Once again, I love the stove, and the organizer under the stove is a nice touch. Me personally, I like the "queen" bed. Since I'm the one struggling to set it up, I don't need it larger than that. Not keen on the step-over into the cab, if you drinks going, you probably won't for long. Really wish there was a way to have a washer/dryer. And you really should consider a drawer microwave, and put a cabinet over the stove
I bet the reason the Nascar folks took a shine to you two, is, aside from your enthusiasm, you two are probably a refreshing change. You have a broad knowledge of things, not race car related, but you're still folks. That's a reason why we all like you.
One of the valances in the cab fell off. Pretty bad when stuff falls apart at the dealer.
I do like this smaller Super-C RV. The bunk-over-the-cab is enormous. There is a lot of storage, which is nice. Overall it is a nice RV. I do, however, have some dislikes as well. First is the TPO roof. For this price (MSRP), it should be fiberglass. Second is the outside storage doors that drop down. I know it's a cost-cutting measure. For this price, however, they should be swing out or swing up doors. The third is the exposed hookups and wet bay area. All those exposed hookups should be in bays, and the water/sewer center could have been better organized with a better appearance. Oh, and lastly, halogen bulbs for the headlights and tail lights. I know that can be easily changed, but it would have been nice to see LED units or LED bulbs.

I love the size, love the solar panels on top. Iâm not that tall so liked the shower and the bed size.

Hi Matt and Andrea! My dislikes are almost the sane as yours. Donât like not much counter space and the outdoor wet bay and the radius shower. My likes are the storage and the color inside and theater seats across from the tv. Thank you Matt and Andrea!
Nice rig! Was that a piece of trim that fell off in the kitchen, behind the stove? I guess for a quarter of a million, you can't expect it to be perfect.. LOL!

When you add 4 deep cycle 6v batteries n solar the refrigerator isn't an issue anymore
@@michaelr1760 If you have the room and extra money for 4 batteries and 400 watts of solar in a small Class C it may not be an issue if the weather cooperates, but spending a week off grid when itâs cloudy and rainy would be pushing it unless you like listening to a generator

What is your choice between the isata 5, this Thor, and the Nexus Rebel? I'm wondering about build quality, features, and style. I have been enjoying the great reviews.
I donât like Super Cs, but I have a Ford F-150. I love the drive, so this rv is really intriguing.
For a motor home thatâs almost $300,000 list price youâd think Thor could include full queen and king beds - 80â long. Their small beds at a high price are absurd.
Great reviews always.Had a Thor Tranquility that was so poorly constructed it turned me off on Thor. I must say this looks better build quality , but for 300+ probably should.

At this price point, the 50 amp cable should have been on a powered reel.
I know diesel pickups are thru the roof price wise, but for that price point, it does not have enough wow factor. The quality looks like I could go to Lowes and buy those cabinets and put in. This is one way to fill back up the inventory lots with C's that may be there a while. The sad thing I continue to read is dealer's not standing up on warranty work for shoddy manufacturing or just plain cheap products like Matt noted. You Guys Rock the videos and I'm going to call for pricing when I retire soon and decide what I want, excuse me...what the wife wants.

Did it have Interstate batteries or Dragonfly batteries? That makes a big difference. We love the valences.

The price is ok for one person or two that are not fighting at the start of the trip. For me these are way to small and not very roadside/parking lot/rest area friendly.
It is good to see a CCC that is more than a couple of people and a box is tissues.
Per warranty, can you actually use the bed or dinette when slide-in ?

what makes a class c a super c? i thought it was the GVWR but looking there isn't any real hard info online that i could find. This unit only has a GVWR of 22k lbs which isn't very super while better then a E series chassis which is around 14k
A motorhomewith a pick up truck cab looks out of place kinda like that cyber truck
I drove one of these a year or so ago. It creaked and squeaked all the way down the road. We decided not to buy. I have since heard that the slide outs in the Thor's are faulty. I would stay away until they fix that problem.
I wouldnât buy any RV that Matt has has his hands on because he yanks every drawer out to full extension and slams and bangs everything to death. Iâm surprised that dealers let him in their rigs as rough as he handles thingsâŠ..

And we have a luxuriously priced trash can ($291,323 MSRP / 16740 est. dry weight x 3 lbs definite medium size = $52.20 we are boutique kitchen supply shop special order premium package limited edition with delivery and installation, but not $156 sorry M/A .:. F550 Chassis features đđœ 2000+ lb ccc, 4x4, great full body paint, lots of storage, 50 amp, 40000 / 20000 GC/GVW so it can tow 10000 lbs easy (weigh it up, KBYT, follow all Mfg instructions); tremendous bunk over cab đđœ height, capacity, big windows; overall interior palette đđœ slightly heavy neutral, nice table / counter .:. Sleeps 6 đđœ wonât eat 6 without an optional extra table, and even with the sofa option wonât seat 6; overall smaller feeling bedroom đđœ king beds rule, no WD; borderline but fail on kitchen kudos đđœ no oven, short fridge, small microwave and small counter no extension .:. All in all Iâd look hard for a place to aftermarket in a W/D (even a combo) and then go test drive .!!. Great review M/A

The Omni BB35 or the Magnitude BB35 are the bunk models.
Thor doesnât want to sell these things with pricing like that. Inflation is up but not 100% geez. I actually have seen 2 beautiful Thor products that are over priced by more that $100 grand. Sliding the whole company over into the dislike pile.

Too pricey but it's really nice! Gotta agree with Andrea: the valances are awful. As is the shower and it does need a king sized bed. Colors, storage/big closet and theater seats are great.
Oh wow , now thats what i'm talking about... i love love love this over the cab bunk..... two windows will give it a great cross breeze and that ceiling window is over the top. so far so good. Valances are just not a real big deal with me because i can always go to joanns fabric and pick out something thats to my liking and hire someone to replace what i do not like . I do agree the wet bay looks cheaply done and i absolutely hate how small that shower is. Matt I don't think you can tell whether this is a standard queen but its definitely bigger than a full size. yes the counter space is small , but i could live with that because i would just use the booth ( with a cutting board of course to prep my food. I would rate this an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10.

This is not a true Super C. It is really more of a C+ with the F-550 chassis. I didn't notice the trim level of the F-550 but the MSRP for the chassis alone would be in the $80K - $100K range. I would guess Thor is paying $20 - $40K less than MSRP. However even if we stick with the higher chassis MSRP this unit does not have $200K of value add. For me to even consider this model the MSRP would have to drop under $200K with a decent discount. On top of that they would need to add a power reel, cleanup the cheap looking wet bay and get the city water inlet inside.

How / why did the bunk rating go from 750 down to 500?
I'm interested in a Super C, but prefer the Accolade 37k. dislikes: one bath, queen bed, msrp (pricey), no oven, shower (deal breaker) Like: ccc (but would prefer more), double door storage, full body paint, solar, cabinet color, tv position. I wouldn't trade my Esteem 29V for this.

Ford has always been known ford being the best american trucks made ( excluding semis of course ). My nephew worked in a plant in monroe michigan , and this particular plant placed trucks on heavy duty gurneys ( for lack of a better name i say gurney ) the Chevy truck broke in several places while the ford truck only broke in one. So chevy can say what they want ... but the proof is in the pudding. My nephew was a big chevy truck man until then. One day he came to his grandmothers funeral and my spouses family was makin fun of him until he told them why that he bought a new ford truck instead of a chevy.
