If you follow the beach that’s on the side of Lulu island facing prison you can find a WW2 veteran shack and the vet who drops a M1 and Rucksack with 2 world war 2 crates in his bomb shelter and a safe which can spawn a WW2 gun and a secondary gun case which spawns everything from lupras to Mac 10s

Close to the last location sometimes appears a group of bandits that have Ak74u and that kind of stuff and sometimes they drop the ak supressor that is legendary
i think it's like a soviet camp because there are militia and soviet operators that spawn there, crap ton of loot too
There's also a Pirate spawn near campground, keep it up man :)

theres actually two boss spawns. shaggy in a shack by the power plant and the plaque doctor in one of the churches (i forgot what church it was)

There is a secret island outside the map on the botton left with a easter egg melee weapon, Go to the 5 on the map and go west for a bit

In the mines you will see a Bed with a Metal Box and a pathway that brings you to a chimney looking thing that looks like a entrance but sadly it spawn no loot i accidentally found this on Mines XD

On the new island cave, there will usually be a iron long sword. A fast melee weapon
near mansion sometimes soviet soldiers camp can spawn there but it will gone after a long time
There a basement in 1 of the houses near the mining place. It contains a lot of food and water.

There is a secret place in huron like near almost at old chapel at the beaches there is a cave that has realy good loot i found a tommy gun with a rare drum mag

On the underground cave under Beaufort is actually a black market and a militia church
pirate also spawns in smol island in ash east coast
speaking in 2024 : 3:21 a sword can now spawn on a rock on the puddle wich is the or one of the rarest melees in the game

The Thompson house there’s a zombie that spawns with a Thompson and a 50 round mag for it.
at huron theres one house that has a cool basement with good loot in them
There’s a mound of dirt in the junk yard that has a whole bus inside and a coffin
I have killed probably over 40 German zombies at this point and I have not gotten a single piece of German equipment :(
Same but if you want to get it fast then server hop and reset till you are at the german cave i did that and i got the full oufit
u missed the secret area in the junkyard if u go to the trash dump, there’s a door that opens up to a secret room with soviet and some other crate

also there is Psg zombie boss spawns next to the heli crash in volcano, the PKM zombie spawns in coastal bunkers next to the soviet crate, the mosin PU zombie boss spawns at the tower on the cliff of volcano, L96A1 Zombie boss spawns in the tower SE of radio station, Patriot/Xm177 zombie boss spawns outside Old chapel, The LMG spawn at the mines on Machinaw island and also there is an airplane in regional that has police zombies that drop Mp5s, also Shaggy from scooby doo has a shack next to salem and he can spawn with a katana that does 60dmg a hit, Salem church spawns the plague doctor who drops cool clothes and the school in Ashland has clowns that can drop a nice fit too, there is stunted ak and obrez mosin
