Please clarify my doubts..i did vanilla cake using flour
1.I didnt get white fluffy mixture like yours when i beat egg,sugar,cake gel...it was yellowish and bit liquid
2.The cake raised in middle(i used baking soda instead of baking powder..is that the reason
