yes you can add water and glycerin so the glitter floats it does not bother anything but if you do add water use E6000 and wait 24 hours for it to set and cure hot glue will eventually not hold the items inside

I would leave my figurines the natural color but I would want green, red and white... Yours r cute too.

Very cute! 🤗 I wonder if spraying the motifs with a clear coat (before gluing them to the base) would help them not to turn the water over time. 🤔
