I just listened to your podcast yesterday and felt a very strange synchronicity: I'm a visual artist based in Paris and am currently going through a very big existencial crisis and art block like I never did before, and your podcast made me want to talk about it with you so bad, so it felt kind of comforting
From my experience let the flow flowing or not! Creativity is such a wild things for me.. When you waiting for it, itdon't come and when you are busy it's come. After having a huudge break of some years because fear, pression, stress, to not be at my place, i cherich every creative note when they come and don't do it my job. Keep living!

I studied design and I totally relate to your struggles with creative blocks due to stress. A book that helped me SO much and one I hold closely is Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert. An excerpt from it that I love is “when courage dies, creativity dies with it.”
Highly highly recommend it if you’re a creative! Would love to know some of your book recommendations (or maybe even a video about it?👀) ☺️💞

What I love about your videos is that I don’t come from them feeling I have all these things I need to 'buy' to be happy, but that I can find happiness in the things that are already all around me. This video got me so motivated to pick up all the creative things I let fall cuz of exams, as well as reading some more German again. Thank you Leah!!! 🥰❤️

I’m thinking of dropping out of medicine and trying to get accepted into my goal degree, but so far have not been accepted anywhere. I failed one of my finals so now I have to resit EVERY exam I’ve had this year (make it make sense!!!) each one covering the ENTIRE year, all in ONE DAY, and I don’t remember anything + haven’t studied anything. Now I have to waste the entire summer on resits for a degree I don’t even want to pursue anymore. So yeah I can relate ☺️. Please study for these exams just in case! Don’t make my mistake...

As a painter, I relate so much with stressing myself out with creative work. I haven't quite learned the "trust the process" method and once I see whatever I'm painting doesn't come out the way I pictured it in my head, I get so frustrated and end up never finishing it. I strive too much to get an excellent, show stopping, masterpiece piece that everyone loves and admire when really we should all just strive to get a piece we're proud of and happy with. It's really relaxing to see you in your own studio.
This. This is what i want and aspire to. I'm going to college next year and so much will change. But I think for the better and Leah you showed me how

In my college days, I studied French for 2 years. That time, I was quite confident in speaking in French during class, but since I don't get to practice it after class I was not able to master it. I really love the French language. It's nice to hear how well you are with it.
