When some wants to know what planet in what house does what, or what planet in what sign does what, this is the channel they come to. I do not make regular weekly horoscope because unless your horoscope is present in front of me, giving you a general weekly horoscope is as good as suicide of astrology. Needy and bonded is another manifestation. haha I have this configuration in my solar return but I’ve found with clients that Saturn square Moon is very similar to this conjunction. (Especially if Saturn is in the first, square 4th house Moon.)

I actually have moon Saturn opposite , some chart moon in the 1st and others moon is in 12th. I’m about to have my Saturn return and I have no idea what to expect
opposite is just like a conjunction. But the effects of it comes through that house. If Moon Saturn in 2nd 8th axis, then a person will feel pain and disappointments with in laws, own family, and if Moon is in 8th house family matters always brings the mood down of an individual, such a person should always do secret travels.
