Damn, throwing a literal lyrical haymaker at all the bands that have gotten lazy and forgot the way of metal

I'm not sure how I've only just discovered this band. But this shit fuckin slaps. All the songs I've listened to so far have been bangers. Can't sit still. Just punched a couple holes in the draw wall.

Not a fan of Kreator, but Overkill definitely gets a pass from this song.
By this point, Overkill is just phoning it in releasing the same album over and over. After "The Electric Age" it was just rinse and repeat.

I just hate it when people complain about big bands selling out, people want them to sing and write music like they were in their teens. They're old, the way they see things changed. Some still write kickass music though. Let's take Metallica, they've been called sellouts since their SECOND album, mainly because of "Fade to Black" and how slow it was & how different it is from KEA album. That's just wanna write and do what they want. And their new album is a fucking WIN. That's just my humble opinion. =)
You're missing the point. We're not complaining that they sold out, we're pointing out that they don't try anymore and get paid very well for it while acknowledging that we're envious.
I think they do try and work hard, most of them though. Getting paid "very well" meant that they had to leave their family behind for months to tour and promote their music. Yet some of them are not getting paid well, Case in point Dave and his issue with Slayer, he argued that he wasn't getting paid enough or something like that so they fired him.
