💚💚💚Releasing worries of my child, feeling alone, and being in the presence no longer living in the past.
💚💚💚 It is okay to get rid of people, situations and other things that no longer serve me. I used to be so afraid of doing that but I’ve learned that my peace is everything! That’s what mainly came up for me during this mediation…thank you so much Alina! It’s been a while since I’ve done one of your meditations and I’m so glad because it’s definitely what I needed, my spirit was definitely calling for it..I’m a little late 😬 but still glad I did it! You’re awesome! 🌕💫❤️

💚💚💚 releasing what no longer serves for shifting to my highest timeline, something that came up for me was that I was inspired by my inner child to start journaling again since I found my diary from when I was 8 years old (I'm 24 now) and it was nice to remember what being that young was like, what I write now I can look back on in the same way in the future and it will help me understand myself and just write about my days ☺️

You NEVER disappoint! ✨This was absolutely magical and I’m so grateful for your beautiful soul! 💚 So much came up during this meditation but the biggest thing by far that stood out to me was a random image that popped into my head. 🕯️I saw a dark room that was suddenly illuminated by a candle and the following words came into my mind…. “the light will always kill the darkness but the darkness can never kill the light”. 🤯💚

💚💚💚 i just came back from a short weekend trip to pondicherry and this reminded me of the full moon night at the beach, which was a sight that made me feel so much peace. It also reminded me of a trip i took last year to the hills and i imagined being back there just staring at the stars at night.

I’m sooo excited bcoz not only has Thailand been calling me recently😊but I literally just came from my small piece of land that I was recently blessed with🥰( I grow all of my own vegetables etc) anyways I pictured myself floating above the tree which is just at the end of the plot☺️and guess what colour my lil shed is? i thought i was in space and almost touching a space ship but then i got aware of it and it brought me back into my body
💚💚💚 had a lot of discomfort arise, feeling misaligned and disconnected from self. Judgement. Loneliness. Wonder why it feels like everything is shifting. Desire to be alone but also for closeness & community, to build community & help others find connection. Uncertainty in my love. Uncertainty. Openness to release and start again - uncertain what it means.
I commend you for holding space for that feeling of uncertainness and allowing yourself to explore it. We often need to acknowledge exactly where we're at in order to see the path ahead. I'm sending you a prayer for clarity and self-acceptance on your path, Alexandra. I believe in you. ❤
