Nelson Remembered in the 1960`s ( Market Day )

A typical Saturday afternoon in the Lancashire town of Nelson, This was the scene every Saturday in the towns heyday, where all the shops had a pride and passion. Sadly like in the majority of the towns like Nelson the privately owned shops like in the film we see here have all become the victims of the less appealing supermarkets.
