I appreciate the awareness they carry of their privilege and blessings. I'm glad I stumbled upon this, my takeaway from their story is "shared values" have to be the core of the relationship for it to work I guess. Monogamy is rare within the queer community and for someone who finds meaning in it, stories like this can be affirming.
