My Aunt's Bauknecht 488s was kick ass, high water levels real koche wasch, none of this 90c bs and steam from the detergent compartment, and suds covering the screen, with the scent of Bold detergent everywhere. Good laundry times. Old school isch besser und schone.
Damn, this machine is exactly the same like my grandma's old machine, the only difference is that there were three spin options: 700,1000,1400. The model was the 6650 instead of 6450. Unfortunately that machine 'died' back in November 2015, and I really truly miss this machine. Their new machine is so crappy and shitass and it sucks even to see that new model. It was my favorite washing machine model, why can't I just go back to good old times 😡😡😡😥😥😥😥😥😭😭😭😭😭
I totally agree with you! My grandma had this type of AEG too from 1994 to 2006, but it was a 6205, so a 1000 rpm max spin. It was the first washer that I really loved; it was solid, efficient and wonderful ! Now, she has a Faure (Zanussi) and the washer isn't good at all. It will not last more than 7 years !

And wow...So I'm not the only one. Does your grandma still have the Faure? My grandma since 2015 has a terrible Electrolux AEG, with very little flexibility for any wash, and 1200rpm spin. It's so boring to watch and it's noisier than the old true AEG, the 6650 :-(
