I dont squeeze coconuts that good as well but i found a trick using a cloth to squeeze the coconut in. Its actually much easier and it gives out much coconut milk.🙂
Just a hep out with cracking any coconut in half,the eyes and mouth should facing downward then cut open from the head from the top, holding firmly from your hand by holding the coconut,as you don't want to move around with the coconut as you might accidentally hit your hands,or not targeting half way of the coconut, good luck
Yup, takes a bit of practice but it's so much easier.

If I cook rourou or all vegetables like that meself three Princesses and their daddy all run away hahahahahahaha only meself I eat vegetables it is great food since a kid. These family of meself they more carnivores omnivores from Tailevu as well. Meself from Kadavu vasu Cakaudrove vegetables are divine.
