When Kelly pauses over an item she has in her hand and is trying to decide, I try and guess if she will go with it or not. Usually I get it right with my 50/50 chance, but not with Kelly lol. I was wrong more than right today. Lol

12:42 These do better when you list the EXACT name of the Bowling alley. If the bowling alley is GONE / demolished they do better. These are VERY common.

Vintage stationary is on the "hype train" now...........Only saying that because over the past year or 2, I have picked up some very old and unusual ones... just sitting there warming the shelves.
We do well with it. I don’t care about hype. I like it.

3:26 Those do not do well. I've had them from the 1950s to the 1980s . And mine were from the NYC area (a plus) . No sale in 3 years . I think they look like a hot potato item...but...
Nice pick up! I'm bummed that there is an estate sale around the corner from me but I can see on the estatesale site that the prices in the photos are outrageous. Guess I will be going further for better deals.

I'm never sure what to do. I look things up. It says what people paid before then... it sits in my store forever and doesn't sell. I've watched CZcams videos and then found things they are picking up that sell for them. Doesn't sell for me. One time lady said don't pick up a certain item because she never could sell it but, I already had. It sold. It's confusing lol
When we list an item in a category that we don’t usually sell, it can take extra time to sell. Also if there are already a lot listed of an item it might never sell or take a long time to sell.

Thanks for the feedback. I didn’t have my camera on my chest like I usually do so that did affect the footage.
