    The incident at 9:27 was interesting. Bow 59 was DSQ'd but I think boat 47 should have been. Seems like 47 went below close hauled and also didn't need to purposely give contact

      Bow 59 scored 9th in that race.

      @@knh555 Copy 59 was DSQ the race prior, thanks. 59 probably did penalty turns after this incident this race to go from 1 to 9.
      47 in my opinion fouled 59, not a legal move in my opinion.

      @@ryanseago2443 59 clearly didn't foul anyone as he successfully completed his tack with plenty of room and was established on on starboard before 47 bore down on him and made contact. In terms of dropping from first to ninth, that's simply the tactical racing that the Snipe is known for. 59 clearly didn't do circles before or immediately after the offset as you can see 59 jibe and launch his whisker pole at the offset mark just after 9:44. You wouldn't launch your pole if your are doing circles and waiting much longer than that and you're not doing them in a timely manner. But why would he? He didn't foul anyone.
