OMG! I renember these commercials. Really took me back in time. It's such a shame that they don't make commercials like this anymore. The commercials back then were not only enjoyable to watch but the companies really sold their products and of course, it's hard to forget commercials like this.
This new genetation of telemarketers really should consider the ideas and tactics of the past telemarketers.

I agree! The commercials were a lot more enjoyable to watch back then. They were short and entertaining. I can’t stand watching the commercials today. And they seem to take forever! It’s amazing how these old commercials can spark memories! Thanks for watching!

The most memorable TV commercial in particular is the Cadbury cream eggs. This was right long before we had the Cadbury cream egg TV commercial that insults house cats in general. By the time when the 2000s came. This was right long before I discovered the Batman TV series book written by the author Joel Eisner. That's when I came over to Collector's Corner in Capitola CA. on 41st Ave. Joel Eisner wrote/published this book in 1986. I purchased this book back in 1989. The Batman TV show casting director William P. D'Angelo was carrying around a dirty terrible secret. He called for Walter Slezak to play as the clock king/Temple Fugit in the Batman TV series. The actor Walter Slezak looks like the former Soviet communist dictator Brezhnev.

OMG! I had that toy as a kid! I remember there was no better feeling than seeing a commercial for a new or awesome toy, and knowing you had it! I had completely forgotten about that 'Ghost Projector Gun' I also had the Ghostbusters Dart gun? It wasn't called that, but you'd load these bright yellow sponge circle blocks in the front, and you'd slam your hand on the back lever to make it shoot. Thanks for the upload

It’s amazing how seeing an old toy or commercial can bring back so many great memories. The Ghostbuster toys were some of my favorite! I’m just still waiting for them to bring back the Ghostbusters Slime! Thanks for watching!
