    Very informative thank you, even though COSO 2017 seem to address many of these differences (and potentially create new ones). I'd love to see an updated presentation. Great job.

    I don't undestand the risk1 at 8:30. According to ISO31000, a risk is an "effect of uncertainty on objectives", so "High concentration of vendors" cannot be a risk but a situation. The risks are what you called "consequences" in my opinion, aren't they?
