Wow Chef! parehas tayo ng recipe.. Kaso ako deep fried ang ginagawa ko and walang usbong(dahon ng sampaloc) mahal po kasi haha... Masarap din po siya i-turbo then ung katas /mantika ng manok gagawin sawsawan with toyo,calamansi,sili. YUM!
