Right now I have it booked twice. Late May on Celebrity Reflection and we didn’t get a really good sale on it so it cost $63.78/pp but when we go in September on Symphony of the Seas, I was able to get one of those great deals and we are only paying $37.38/pp, which I feel is more than well worth it just from watching your videos. Hope I’m right.🤞🏻

Watching your videos has convinced us to book a cruise on Icon of the Seas. We sail Oct 19, 2024. No other vlog did it for us. You showed what it was like for two adults to enjoy this ship without having to be accosted by children - thank you for that! I love how matter-of-fact you are about everything; I love your tour of the bars on board; I love your candid review of the food; I love your discovery of wonderfully quiet areas on the ship; I love your honest review of Hideaway Beach Club! The beach looked much better than the pool. The pool reminded me of the Flamingo Pool in Vegas. The beach food looked awesome and I'm really glad Josh's voice may finally be changing.

My takeaway is the heated pool is what makes it worth it, especially if the ocean is cold.
Your comments about feeling obligated to stay vs hop around the island were spot on too.

You two had a blast on your cruise. The Hide Away Beach is definitely not worth it. There is so much to do on the Island and the day is fleeting. Giovanni’s is always great no matter what you eat. Chops is a special meal as well. Now you need a vacation after that vacation. I cringe when I think about the price tag for that trip, but it was a special honeymoon trip. 🎉
Thank you for documenting the entire trip for our viewing pleasure. We can only marvel over your trip, but am thrilled you had the experience. I know your priorities are living life to the fullest and making lasting memories while you have energy and funds. When we retired, we moved to Vegas and lived it up. We made so many memories, spent a fortune, saw 50+ shows, participated in so many TV productions over 5 years of filming, celebrity poker tournaments, cruises, exploring, etc. Looking back, we have no regrets. Our life is now less eventful going from a 5400 sg ft home to an apartment, but life is short. Loved every minute of it.

I love your video. I am on the first celebrity ship that will be coming to perfect day at Coco cay in April so I’ve been checking out the videos on Coco cay and yours is awesome 😊 and I have purchased the package for the adults only area but luckily I only paid about $50 I agree with you your first price was a little bit too expensive but as you wrote in when you booked it for the second time much more reasonable.

I really can’t believe the markups for hideaway on icon sailings. I’m going on freedom in a couple weeks and was able to get hideaway passes for $20 a person
Yea Icon was a bit ridiculous but thankfully we still had an amazing experience in spite of the price gouging

Absolutely think less than $30 it will be worth it! We have it reserved again for our Utopia cruise in August and only paid $42 per person and are excited to return!

Interesting we had not heard that from anyone. We do not alter our colors at all, maybe others do?

Hey guys ! Loved the past and future bit ..that was cool. I personally would not pay that much to sit at a pool or on the beach . I’m a spender on vacay and don’t have a budget but seems like Royal is really price gouging on some things like those $18 milk shakes . On a side note I have a very similar shirt as your cherries 🍒 one but it has red ship anchors instead . Fun video as always . Glad you crazy kids had a great time on this cruise 🚢 😎😎😎

We just paid 39.99 per person for an October sailing. So hooefully that is worth it! It looks awesome and love your videos, keep up the great work!! 😃

I was at Hideaway a couple weeks ago on an Odyssey sailing and it was fantastic. $34 for a heated pool and adults only worth every cent. Unfortunately it’s $55 for my upcoming Wonder cruise in June and there’s 4 of us so will see 🤷🏻♀️
Yea it is definitely worth an up charge but how much that upcharge is will determine how often we return. Thanks for watching

We picked up most of our drinks from the swim up bar! Where there was plenty of choices for cocktails! As far as “top shelf”, we didn’t pay much attention to it, but will check it out again in August!!
How do you get in an out of Hideaway? Do people get wristbands or do they scan your room card every time you enter?
We got in by scanning our cards. We did not leave but I would guess same way to reenter if you leave
What time do they let you off the ship to go to CocoCay?
That depends when your ship arrives. Generally we have been able to get off before 9am each time we have gone

The keys would be the heated pool with a significantly better view than the other pool. Slightly upgraded food options. And the Adults only access. For some it is worth it and some it is not. For us it depends on the price

He was there! There were a lot of other CZcamsrs on this cruise, basically any cruiser was there it seemed. We only met a couple of our favorites for a quick picture.
