Eh, I'd say that's a bit of a stretch. The boom boom clap is basically an uptempo version of the We Will Rock you beat by Queen, and it's been used in several other songs too. Nothing really special about the guitar. It does sound good together, but I wouldn't call it "iconic" in this song. The song is carried by the vocal more than anything else.

We can thank Kenny for giving David his first number one since this song in 1995, with "Everything's gonna be alright," a collaboration they did in 2019. It's sad knowing that David had to wait 24 years to hit number one again. I believe that's a new record.
