因为据说它通常含有种子,六七十年代在传统村庄kampung家家户户都有种的一类香蕉,
在乡村如果聊起 (Pisang awak)，大家都很熟悉，她肉质扎实，味道很香很甜
可以生吃，也适合做成糕点，用来油炸是最好吃的一种香蕉 。
材料: Ingredients:
一串香蕉 - a hand of bananas
150克 糯米粉 - 150g glutinous rice flour
80克 粘米粉 - 80g rice flour
5克发酵粉／泡打粉 - 5g baking powder
300毫升 温水 - 300ml Warm water
2汤匙 油 - 2 tbsp Oil

以前妈妈在生的时候，也有在家炸过给我们吃，妈妈走后我只有在外面买来吃，我印象中妈妈有说她是放面粉和粘米粉，不过冷了真的会不脆了。谢谢Aunty Liew 分享，有机会自己可以试下炸香蕉🍌

我们印尼🇮🇩这边还要一种叫pisang tanduk,, 很长很大的香焦，拿来做goreng pisang 也是很好吃的👍，他又甜又香又带一点酸酸，他一条香焦就能咋十几片goreng pisang 了
马来西亚也有，有些拿来切薄片炸成香蕉饼kerepek，然后有些拿来pisang goreng

是咯，之前我也觉得奇怪，她不介意用华人家庭曾经煮过猪肉的餐具，也和全部人坐在一起吃饭，已经是新时代的友族，一样东马沙巴砂劳越的回教徒那样，他们也会坐在华人的茶室一起吃东西。
这就好像某些华人因为拜神而不吃牛肉的，没有很介意碗碗碟碟曾经装过有牛肉的菜肴，只要自己没有吃到牛肉就好那样的意思。
印尼人不一定是伊斯兰教信徒的。

Aunty Liew，沙巴的炸香蕉通常是用’Sap 蕉‘(客家话），皮比较厚的，蕉本身很甜。公公婆婆以前有时会拿来蒸。我的狗也爱吃🤭

沙巴真的很多炸香蕉，而且很便宜，加cheese更加好吃。我们沙巴这里炸香蕉用的是叫四方蕉。
Auntie should try West Java's Pisang Nangka (菠萝蜜蕉). It sweet like honey with jack fruit taste and aroma. If auntie knows someone or relative living in Jakarta then auntie can ask them to send some to Malaysia or just come to the beauty of Jakarta to tour around Java and Bali. I believe auntie must have a lot of fans in Indonesia auntie can meet. They can make a big group for auntie to perform the cooking demonstration together with them.
还有一种叫Pisang Abu更难找, 香味种甜度更高。之前朋友帶来公司。

Hi auntie, how to keep them crispy for a few hours if we don't eat them immediately?
lift up the deep fried content in middle of frying,left the oil drain out,tune up the heat to the max then dive the content into boiling hot oil again to purge the excess grease out.Or you can take another extra few minutes airfry after oil fry.
