There are many books on the topic of "Human Sexuality". I took a class in College back in the day. The book also explained what STDs are and other important info.

@@_ellivia hihi! stumbled across this comment personally it's still the first times I've put in tampons and I feel like the trickiest part is getting the angle right, but it's becoming easier and faster with practice :] just take your time and remember to relax!! and use the right size for your period flow so it doesnt hurt 🫶
@@vanessatran3014 yeah, im not even gonna sugar coat it, it is gonna hurt when you pull it out, but dont treat it like a bandaid, just pull it fast but not so fast that you injure yourself. It only lasts 5 seconds, but if it hurts an extended time after the fact, theres something wrong.
