I wonder why the Navy have this much personnel in Abuja. Apart from Admin staff at the NHQ, DHQ and Naval Reference Hospitals, we shouldn't have this much personnel at Abuja. They should all be redeployed to the Coastal Bases and FOBs to boost the Naval readiness of the Force.
