@@zovinchen3281 I'm saying Conan is not as widely known in Japan. This is why Pekora didn't react to him, she reacted to Sugita's voice. Also, I'm pretty sure for that inauguration a lot of Japanese people didn't know who he really was, most Japanese people react to American celebrities as "Oh must be a big celebrity in America but we have no clue who he is" kind of thought.

Low odds, Pekora is way too introverted for that. Also I wouldn't call it a "collab" since Sugita was invited to a Radio show... quite different from a "stream collab". But well Sugita is a semi-vtuber now so the odds are not impossible at the very least.

In case anyone doesn't know or forgot, he voiced Kaz. To this day they are still good friends and Kojima still calls him Kaz (Kazu) because, and I'm guessing, his name is Tomokazu.
