OK...since everyone seems to be asking...This is from a VERY limited edition, 2 CD, book version release that can be found on Amazon from third party sellers. Last one I saw was $99.99, because I've thought about selling mine. That's a lot of money for some artwork, a live recording, a few remixes, a piano/vocal of "again," and a french version of "again." Normally I would not condone this, but since you really can't find it anywhere else, use goldwave or some other software and just rip an .mp3 off of here.
I got my copy for way less than that. Mine was less than $30. You always have to shop around eBay to get the best deal possible. In some cases Amazon seems to show you some strangely high prices.
