I have No doubt that she's an incredible actress and worthy of each and every role she performs. But I do recall in an interview when they were casting for the role of Lady Bagshaw that it was her husband that recommended and lobbied for her to get the role. I'm not sure of what other actresses where in the running, but Thank God they got it right in the end. As both a Harry Potter and Downton Abbey fan, I was enthralled to see Professor McGonagall and Professor Umbridge duel it out. This time they traded their wands for tiaras and a cane.
