Just waiting for my Mickey AND Goofy to turn up from an Ebay seller here in the UK. Seller states that there is no movement or sound from either of them, but they have been stored for a long time. They both look very clean, with very clean contacts too. I know that Goofy will not function without being connected to Mickey, so he might be ok. Mickey comes with the correct tape, so i'm hoping that it's just a "bad connection" problem, as there is no sound and no movement. If it requires more work, your video will be invaluable, so thank you very much for that!! I'll let you know how I get on, and see if I can bring them both back to life!!

You should have opened up the servos and put a drop of silicone spray on the gears but not the belt that is inside . the belts should be replaced if you can get them . You s the eye servos should of worked more with the servo that works the eyes . Also you should have plugged plug to that servo in where the mouth servo is plugged in while trying to make that servo work . If it starts working then plug it back where it belongs . The silicone will quite the motors and should prolong them working ,instead of stopping again .
