- On this adventure I trek into the Australian rainforest with limited resources and teach you how to survive off the LAND! I find some venomous snakes, come face to face with a carpet python, catch and cook a huge eel & even build my own survival shelter.

If you're cooking eel, do it over embers and cook it low. The fat will render into the meat and give the meat time to cook properly, if you cook it right eel is delicious. Love your videos man thanks for the content.
