To make it easier to eat because eating dry food is kinda dangerous so they wet it down. We did that to my puppies when they just started to eat dog food and not nurse off mama anymore and it was easier for them to eat cuz they were so young. Another reason why they wet the food is because that Labrador has a disability like humans can have disabilities. Hope this helps!
