I have never paid attention to Tai Chi in the past despite being a life long martial artist and growing up in a city whereby I often saw practitioners of the art going through their morning flows as I made my way to school or work. Now Iโm about to turn 40 and I find myself wanting something else from the martial arts. Something I havenโt found elsewhere until now. Now... to find an instructor so that I can begin my Tai Chi journey. Thank you for the content on this channel. Itโs beautiful.

When I started doing this I felt an unexpected rise in my level of Chi. I am not sure exactly why it had that affect more than other styles I have tried but that was definitely the result. It could be that I just reached a point where that was a natural outcome, but I learned yang style tai chi for a while and didn't feel quite the same level.

Somebody please tell me what is the way to practice using a video, if the movement is so rotative. When I turn my back to the monitor, I can not follow on...
You prรกctice 1 movement at a time, and then as you learn one movement, you add another once until you remember all of them, it can take several months to learn them all, and years to mรกster them with good form. Hope it helps!

@@michaelweichhardt so...its not derivated from cheng,yang, wu, sun or hao??...its solely from Wudang mountain monastery?...still its a beauty...it would be good to expand this on the Caribbean...im from puerto rico; i instruct yang and chen style...this style can be complemented to expand and shout out the name of Wudang to areas that NOT KNOW it's existense.
Yes it is the closest to zhan sanfeng. That is why the lineage is called Sanfengpai.
