Ergun's claim is that he was a devout Sunni Muslim until the age of 18. Meaning he prayed 5 times a day, read the Qur'an and did everything that a Muslim does. But then he comes on TV and does not know the Shahadah. And this Shahadah is the testimony which makes somebody a Muslim, plus it recited nearly a dozen times a day in your 5 prayers which he supposedly did until the age of 18, yet he does not know it. He said he fasted, but then said Ramadan is 40 days, even Muslim children know this.
It never ceases to amaze me how much this character loves saying fake words with the "kh" to sound more believable.

yeah they believe him 100%. he is regularly called upon by the american media whenever islam-related occurs. like during that rifqa bary saga. ergun was one of the first people to be called upon and "confirmed" all the death threats. he is situated in lynchburg, virginia and is the president of the theological seminary in liberty university. (+hes written around a dozen books against Islam (even though he knows nothing about it)).

I have tried to speak to him. He refuses to answer any questions and then when he is questioned further, he blocks you and deletes your comments so nobody can see them. I even sent him a letter which if you saw my videos you would have read it. So if Ergun is telling the truth, surely he would have no hesitation to answer simple questions. I openly challenge anybody to disprove my videos. Show me one sect which believes in a prophet bahruch and i will close my channel.

if you actually watched my videos before making your dirty comment. you would see that both Ergun and Emir claim to have converted in November 1982. Same month, same year, same church. But then they say that Emir converted 1 year later.

There is sufficient evidence in these videos to prove that Ergun was not a Muslim and neither does he understand the fundamental beliefs of a Muslim. This along with a vast number of other lies such his fake ph.d, him saying that injeel means angel (it doesn't), him naming a prophet which muslims do not even believe is more than enough to say that Ergun was not a Muslim. So Allah knows how he has gained such a high status of being an expert in Islam when he constantly lies.
In my language we say Chawdar. But what Ergun said does not sound Chawdar, Chador, or Chadar. Ergun says KHALOOR.

Please explain why Ergun does not know the Shahadah. Please explain why he lied about Shabir Ally being dead. Please explain why he said Ramadan had 40 days. Please explain why he lied about the first revelation. Please explain why he said that Bahruch was a prophet in Islam. Please explain why he thought the word for Angel is Injeel. Please explain why he lied about his mother wearing Show me one sect which believes in Bahruch and I will remove all of my videos.

Ergun Caner should at least who Shabir Ally ISN'T. After all, on two seperate occasions, he claims to have debated him. Which is of course - a lie.
if average is 7. and he said it took him "many" number of years. he is implying that it took more than 7. i.e. more than the average. but then he said it took him 4 years. if you do not see this as a blatent lie then that is your choice. I can not force you to see it.

Read the verses rather than just blindly believing what a website tells you. 4:142 = Hypocrites try to deceive people but it is in fact they who are being deceived. 33:11-13 - The fleeing Hypocrites were saying that God and His Messenger promises delusion but they were told to not leave. Where is this teaching lying? And Taqiyyah? You know nothing about Islam do you? It is prohibited to lie.

@jrod2850 Let me show you in your Bible where LYING is EXPLICITLY encouraged and taught as a tool to spread your faith; in direct contrast to the Islamic teachings of inviting to the way of God with wisdom, beautiful preaching and reasoning. Taqiyyah is not taught in the Qur'an and neither in the Hadith, it is falsehood which is only found in teachings of the BIble. Less than 10% of Muslim population know baseless taqiyyah and they are Shi'a. Talk about generalising.
