Two things I learned from this video: one, Chloe is still awesome; and two, Republic is putting zero resources behind her.
That's why no other winners have ever had any hits. She WILL make it, with or without them.
Chloe is so good she don't need a label! She would be best to leave her label as soon as she can and make her fans her label!
The only success to come out of The Voice has been Melanie Martinez and it wasn't thanks to them at all. It was thanks to American Horror Story and a combination of CZcams and Tumblr where she kind of coat tailed off of Marina & The Diamonds doing covers.
Chloe could be a modern legend but they're not putting faith in this artists nor are they placing funds ESPECIALLY in anything NON-pop oriented. Rock music is dying. The only successful female in rock or even female fronted band right now is Florence + the Machine and she can't do it alone. She doesn't get the respect or popularity she deserves.
Lol Chloe is starting let her be Brynn Cartelli going to do the same but no matter what label company they will pick both girls up
@ClavisRa...artists are supposed to pay for the videos themselves. It's kind of hard to afford high quality videos when you are first starting out and haven't made any money yet other than the hundred thousand dollars she won from winning the Voice.

I love Chloe so freakin much but I just can't accept the fact that this is the first video off your win in a hit show like The Voice. I'm so mad with this show and how ruins career of amazing artist like Chloe. You have so much potential for something like this. This is still good just too small for someone so amazing like Chloe.

The age when Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood could win singing shows and make it big in the music business are long over. If either one of them had to start all over again today, they would suffer the same fate that all the others on the Voice and on American Idol have suffered in the past few years.
It's a lot harder for people without readymade fanbases to make it in the music business today. If they get lucky they will get an album, a lot of them won' even get an album, and if it doesn't sell after it's released immediately, they are often cut two weeks later.
It has only been six months since she won the Voice. Usually the first year they have commitments to the Voice. I am surprised she got this far.
She's the first one in a while that has even got to release music. Of course, she did everything they wanted her to do. Hopefully, it works, and further, she released music while she is still hot.
If all her fans buy her music it doesn't matter how terribly made she will still rise to stardom. The problem is this single is not selling well. Where are all her supporters? I am more mad at them than her first average single. Can't we buy her music to support her so that she has chance to release better ones in the future? That's why I say most fans on reality singing shows are just CZcams commenters. They talk a lot but they will never pay a cent to support. They are on CZcams because it's free.
C Y You left out one important point. Without radio support which would rather play the same garbage it is difficult to make it. People still buy what they here on radio.
I loved her performing songs like 'I want to know what love is' on 'The Voice' (semi-finals) THIS TYPE OF SONG IS BENEATH HER EXTRAORDINARY SINGING VOICE ! I could write her a song (lyrics) that would win her Top Ten charted on Billboard
