She is beautiful, Renso. I am glad I finaly got to watch tonight. I always love to watch you paint and teach. Thank you!
Thank you !!
You are at it again Renso, I love the limited pallet as a start, we'll see the end result, which I anticipate to be excellent. Roy from Kingston Jamaica.
Thank you
Thanks for the live stream Renso. You dedicate so much to your You Tube followers and it is so very much appreciated! Your portraiture sets you apart from other channels on You Tube. It turned out beautiful
Renso . . . tell me . . . am I correct in thinking that you paint most of your portraits (the ones we see on YT) in two steps . . . first, you get your proportions right and paint an almost "dead layer" using mostly value without much regard to color. Then, your second part is to do the "color" step by applying color to your painting. Is that right? I think your do very good work. As i told you before, after 30+ years of painting, I'm still learning. I now feel that I owe your two more cheeseburgers for all your help.
Hi, it is right, that is my trick, ,.....send me the cheeseburgers hahaha
@@RensoArt Renso . . . the sad thing about being self taught is that it takes such a long time to learn. I wish I had had someone like you to learn from. I studied with a couple of good painters in their workshops, but mostly what they do is paint a portrait, give you a few pointers and then say, go paint a picture. I've learned as much from you -- actually more -- in the last few months than I have from all of them, If I wasn't so old (88) and Peru wasn't so far away, I'd come down there and spend a year studying from you, and make sure you got plenty of cheeseburgers. Keep going, Reno . . . You are helping a lot of people. Dios lo bendiga
