I agree that orgasm is very much part of our sense of masculinity and I found the lack of one really frustrating. Orgasms are now pretty much as they were pre-surgery. Without the mess 😂
You need a male perspective on this, men who have this life changing procedure should take a note from how a woman would satisfy a woman and orgasims come with extreems when your partner gets off with you, having hormone treatment for prostrate gave me an insite to the feminine world, its not about getting a hand job its about mutual contact, it might be soft but it does get off. Just different
