I tell my Sun”s that they must learn to get rid of their emotions. That they have to always think of cause and effect and never react because they will only make bad decisions when they react. I tell them to say nothing and do nothing if they can’t respond in stead of react. This is so important for everyone not just women.

Emotions are part of us, of being human, we cannot get rid of them nor should we attempt to, that’s suppression and it’s negative karma. But controlling and regulating emotions, those are the skills to master.
