Will this work on fully cooked sausage links? Particularly, links that are not straight inside the packaged container, but are folded inside the container (like the Down Home Sausage brand)?
While it could technically handle slicing that type of sausage, it might not be the smoothest process. These units aren't specifically designed for such small pieces of meat, as they haven't tested or designed them for that purpose. While it could work, we can't promise it'll be a perfect experience.
What if around 1" thickness of meat
Or 2" ...is it possible?
This unit will cut up to 9/16" thickness, so it isn't possible to cut those larger thicknesses. Thank you!

I wish I could, but unfortunately, the item isn't on our site anymore. However, I believe we can still special order Globe slicers with a frozen meat function. Keep in mind, they are commercial heavy duty units and are not suitable for home use. If you want that, please contact our customer order team, reference this conversation, and mention that you want a price on a Globe s-series slicer with the frozen food option. That would be the only kind of unit that I could recommend, because while many people will slice frozen raw meat on regular slicers, it will void your warranty on all but the ones specifically designed for the job.
