I took ballet for two semesters in college and by the end of the year, that combined with going to the gym, and just in that time I really felt like I was lengthened and snatched to the gods. I recommend ballet and dance to any and everyone. Just the attention to detail, the focus, the strength that it takes to make it look beautiful, can be applied to so many things in life. They truly are not only artists, but athletes as well.
Yes well agreed as a former dancer you get to lengthen and also work on your deeper muscles. Indeed it helps in so many areas of life from breathing to focus to an important one such as balance...you can learn how to fall out of anything that can be helpful in any situation and make any fall in public look beautiful! :+) As one of the newer terms being used today is "Artistic Athlete." Which is true you are combining so many areas that you have to navigate to create art - emotion - acting and athleticism all in one and to make it look effortless.
The older I get, the more I appreciate any athletic/physical prowess -- by athletes of any sort including dancers.
I'm watching this for informative purposes, obviously.

Yes indeed. I was a professional dancer for many years but also did other sports and dance by far was the hardest to perfect.

Honestly if I were Kyle I would never take that off. My god that body has never looked better. Anyway, I really hope you see this comment and take it into consideration but could you do a video about what it’s like to have a body like that? Does it open certain doors for you? And by that I don’t mean do u get certain things because you’re pretty but like being someone who’s clearly above average with their exercising and looking after their body is it easier for you to maybe try out something like ballet or whatever kind of workout? Is there a better sense of confidence? Maybe more comfort with how your body would perform?

Ballet is just as athletic as many sports! And it really not for sissy boys! Hard workouts in leotards what it is for starters! Glad ppl are starting to realize ballet is not as easy as it appears to be..!!! 👍💋👍💃
