Because It’s not optimized. Just the cyberdeck for exemple, if you’re going for smart weapons you should be slotting the Militech paraline and should be going in overclock for tougher targets.

you can make a very disgusting smart gunner build with paraline deck+axolotl+quantum tuner almost infinite overclock in short to medium fights though probably will still run out of gas vs maxtac. Quantum tuner lets u use overclock at least 3 more times in 1 fight
Cool concept! I never thought about using the early cyberdeck since it has small ram. As for the quantum tuner it isn't available for me yet. Although when i read the info, it says quantum tuner 60 sec cooldown only works outside of combat, so Axolotl is not really useful for that, unless you are targeting the overclock cooldown. But then again, if there are no enemies, the axolotl basically afk (boss fight scenarios). Not to mention the overclock cooldown is not the same as in Sandevistan. Your overclock only goes cooldown after the effect wear off. Which is not ideal in my opinion for axolotl, especially after the nerf. That's why i prefer go for tanky route and play hybrid aggro with decent quickhack dps. But still, would love to try the quantum tuner in action.
@@suntzuishere The axolotl helps to extend overclock duration if your getting alot of kills in overclock mode. With the paraline 5++ in overclock mode u get 60% dmg boost to smart guns and instant lock from 20 int perk combine with warden smg big mag/hackotomy/gambiteer mods is actually insane or yinglong with alot of electric dmg% on cyberware you can melt bosses in like seconds. Mostly you won't be using much hacks except overheat, cyberware malf, reboot optics to debuff big enemies and occasionally synapse burnout to extend overclock. The more insane part is u can overclock like 3 times in 1 fight before quantum tuner goes on cd which is enough to clear most fights except maxtac the only problem is u cannot use any cyberware with cooldown if u want to reserve quantum tuner for overlock only.
@@GachaKev hmm it seems I misunderstood the axolotl effect then, I thought it only cut the cyberware's cooldown, but turns out it also extends the overclock while it is active. Yeah if that's how it works then you are right, it is much better to play optimizing the overclock frenzy.

@@suntzuishere The tooltip is really bad but it extends your cyberware duration and also reduces cooldown works on sande+berserk too and optical camo, etc. You can probably remove some armor cyberware too like parabellum for more capacity, armor is kinda fake for tankiness, just run with kerenzikov+defensikov for mitigation and neofiber+spring joints for mitigation strength and i like optical camo too with axolotl since you get reduced cd and duration on kills for survivability thought that will be bad for pure overclock gunner build since all those cyberware with cooldowns will eat into quantum tuner's storage.
Sorry, but this is a ridiculous build. Quickhacks are not iconic, You don not wear the Cogito Lattice or Feen-X. I able to have more then 2100 armore. And your perks - are you kiding us?
Considering how much time it takes to defeat even simple enemies with a smart weapon, I wouldn't call this build OP but it actually looks nice.

Your normal movement (not even running) looks way faster than mine 😮 there's any stuff related to that on this build?
